After completion of a remediation project, our staff can prepare a comprehensive record of the project, including notifications to regulatory agencies, waste disposal manifests, medical monitoring and training records of contractor's employees, records of air and wipe sample analysis, status of any remaining lead and recommendations to prevent future contamination.
SITE ASSESSMENTS
Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) have become integral to the commercial/industrial property transfer process. Federal and state environmental laws and regulations impose environmental liability on property owners, past and present; Therefore, it has become prudent to require that a professional environmental assessment be performed prior to the transfer of a property. ESAs are conducted to identify any activities or conditions, past or present, that may represent a "recognized environmental condition".
Pacific Environmental provides site assessments that adhere to the EPA’s All Appropriate Inquiries Rule (ASTM Standard E-1527-05) that is generally required by lenders. Our professional staff of Registered Environmental Assessors and engineers has extensive experience having completed thousands of Phase 1 and Phase 2 ESAs.
